When Vanity-Searching Turns Up Something Interesting…

1 May 2007 | Internet, Media, Personal | Comments

I admit it, I check Technorati and Google to see if anybody is linking to this blog or saying anything about it. Vanity thy name is Brad! Tonight I had a pleasant surprise as Crazy On Tap included me in a list of hi-tech cool kids.

It’s a long and interesting list and there’s company there I’m proud to keep.

But I’m curious: can anybody weigh in with a comment and tell me more about Crazy On Tap? A few minutes of searching turned up a gentleman with the great name of Wayne Venables as the person behind it.

Wayne, thanks!

Crazy on Tap is a spin-off from the Joel on Software forums. Back in 2004, there was so much discussion about the election that he created a forum for off topic discussions. An unfortunate turn of events caused that to be closed down, and most of the people who had gathered at ?off reconvened at CoT.
