Scary-but-funny site: PalinAsPresident.us

19 October 2008 | Culture, Internet, Media, Politics | Comments

In a short link-chain between Steve Rubel’s Twitter stream and Mark Silva’s that feeds into his Facebook profile (I’m not a twitterer) I ran across the new, satirical PalinAsPresident.us this morning.

It’s worth a look: make sure your speakers are turned on and mouse over everything in sight.

This has been around for a couple weeks, apparently, but I just learned of it today.

Two questions for the more enlightened: 1) Does anybody know who is behind this? 2) Does the humor of the site sufficiently outweigh the terror caused by the sight of Sarah Palin in the Oval Office?

    From stumbleupon:

“I have to give a thumbs up to site creators Sean Ohlenkamp, art director and programmer/animator; Steve Yee, art director; Forrest Boleyn, writer; and their Craig’s List hired talent, Rebekkah Voss, as the voice of Sarah Palin.”
