Beautiful, wacky Batman image from a 1960s LIFE cover…
My friend Grant McCracken posted the other day about LIFE MAGAZINE opening its photography archives via Google, which is wonderful news.
Over the holidays, I received a number of Batman-related goodies (I’m a Batfan) and I have my new DVD of The Dark Knight all ready to watch in the new year, so “Batman” was a natural search to come to my mind.
Here’s what I found– Gorgeous, isn’t it?
